Q. What are your prices?
A. Please call one of our galleries for a quote on a retail price.

Q. Can I buy from you directly?
A. No, we don't compete with our dealers. We're happy to answer questions, though!

Q. I saw your work on vacation, but there's no gallery near me. How can I order?
A. If you know the size of the piece, and the pattern you want (check our website for those), you can usually order by phone through any gallery using a credit card - ask to have the piece shipped directly to you.

Q. How long will it take to get my piece? Will it arrive assembled?
A. We have a very structured schedule and will quote a "shipdate" when you place your order. It's usually 6-8 weeks, depending on the season. Most pieces ship via UPS. All wall art comes assembled. Furniture ships disassembled. We include screws and simple instructions for attaching table tops to their bases.

Q. Do you sell to interior designers?
A. Yes - we require a resale certificate AND one of the following: membership in a professional design association; a commercial address for interior design; or a commercial listing in the yellow pages specifically for interior design. Q. Can I get a different size of table or mirror than what you have shown?
A. Yes! Give the gallery or designer the dimensions you need for a quote. Our height options are limited to the leg and base heights we offer, but special size table tops, mirrors and wall art are no problem.

Q. Do you offer different table legs or bases than what you have shown?
A. Yes, iron legs and wood legs. You are welcome to purchase a table top only and supply your own base.

Q. How accurate are the colors shown on your website?
A. They are close, but all flowers & leaves vary in color.

Q. Can I make changes to colors or patterns?
A. Yes, please ask for a custom design.

Q. I'm not sure what I want. Can Julie make suggestions?
A. Yes.

Q. How long do they last & do they keep their color?
A. The flowers & leaves are completely sealed and airtight so no air or moisture can get to them - moisture in the air is what takes the color from a flower or leaf. We use a special process and a dehydrator.

Q. Will they fade or crumble?
A. They will fade from direct sunlight, or strong U.V. light. The flowers will never disintigrage because of the sealing process.
